Shipping and tracking
Free Tracking is included with all orders over US$50 to the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Estimated shipping times
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-7 business days
North America: 10-12 business days
Europe: 10-12 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-12 business days
Everywhere else : 12-30 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment is secure through accepted through PayPal (your debit or credit card allowed).
If you based in Australia, you have the option to pay by Bank Transfer, I will send you the relevant bank details soon after your order.
Items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope. Each item/set is housed in a ziplock bag and placed in an organza gift bag, this flat-packing method saves you in extra shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to add to or cancel your order please try to do so within the first 24 to 48 hours from placing your order. Orders already shipped may be returned for a 100% refund, on arrangement, otherwise a 25% refund restocking fee will be applied within 45 days, no refunds entertained after 45 days. No refunds on shipping.
If I receive a returned package without communication, then there will be no refund, also no refunds are offered to items worn and then returned.
All customized bridal orders are not returnable, unless the order is incorrect or something is broken.
There will also be no refunds offered 60 days after purchase, as Paypal does not allow refunds after 60 days of the transaction.

Conditions of return
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
